About Donavon:
I worked with young people as a Youth Pastor for 14 years. I was also involved in other areas of the church ranging from worship leader, small group leader, college ministry director, and assistant pastor.
I served in the Air National Guard for 6 years.
I was part of the Zappos.com Family for close to five years; starting in the Contact Center with ZCLT, acting as Operations Manager with the Help Desk, and then became Culture Evangelist and Operations Manager for Zappos Insights (the Culture Training arm of the Zappos Family).
I was part of the OOBE family as the Director of Service Innovations and Human Resource Director, where I helped to draft out the company values and employee evaluation form. I was also part of the Dyn family as the Culture Evangelist. My role at Dyn was to serve as the coach and the internal community builder.
Currently I am the Dream Manager for Infusionsoft, an all in one sales and marketing software solution for small business owners. As Dream Manager I help employees discover their dream life through the process of articulating and achieving their dreams. It is an amazing opportunity!
